Yes I know, an Island Boy into House Music, what is this world coming to! Just like most of those who don't understand the Electronic Music genre, I did not want to be involved with this music because of its reputation. Then I was introduced to a music festival while in Canada during 2000 that extremely altered my views about House Music. I noticed that I could lose myself in the 4x4 beats and forget everything around me; it is a very beautiful thing to experience. After the experience ended and I regained consciousness, I was enlightened when I looked around to notice that everyone was in the same state of bliss that was experiencing. And it was all thanks to one person, a DJ. If you know me, then you would know that I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life, until that one moment when I understood Electronic Music and its culture. I want to be a DJ, a person who could spread LOVE, HAPPINESS, AND TOGETHERNESS to thousands of people. Therefore, I became OBSESSED with this genre; which has led me to researching DJ's and music, and the more I get involved, the better the music gets. Since House Music is evolving and progressing, it continues to get better and will be better for the years to come.
